Dear Academy-Members,
As you might have already heared, the nation-wide ÖH Council (“ÖH Bundesvertretung”) is taking minister Fekters budget-presentation on the 18th of Oct as an occasion to call for a nationwide education-action day ending with a demonstration at Ballhausplatz.
The central topics of the day are the desasterous financial situation of universities in Austria and the ever increasing social hardship that students find themselves in after a number of government measurements.
The ÖH of the Academy of fine Arts was actively involved in planning this day and would also invite all members of the house to a general assembly in order to discuss these topics and whatever else you would like to raise.

10:00 Welcome and introduction to the workshops
12:30 Presentation of the Workshops
14:00 General assembly, discussion
17:00 Demo at Ballhausplatz
