Criteria:
- Social vulnerability
- Private residence (not with parents)
- No access to study grants
- Sufficient academic success
One-third of the Social Fund is contributed by the Federal Student Union, one-third by the Ministry of Science, and one-third by the student-union of the university, pedagogical university, or college at which the student is enrolled.
